Bonds Has Third Visit Set (Spartanburg Herald-Journal)

Richland Northeast DE Chris Bonds (6-4 283) has a third official visit down on the calendar according to his coach Jay Frye. Bonds has visited Notre Dame and has had a visit with Tennessee set for October 25th. He is now down for a trip to Alabama October 18th.

Rossview faces struggling Mt. Juliet (The Leaf Chronicle)

After three straight games, that Rossview entered as a heavy favorite, the Hawks (4-1) will look to make it five straight wins against a team that won't be as much of a pushover.

Florida Lands USC & Clemson Target (Spartanburg Herald-Journal)

DE Kedric Johnson (6-4 215) of Palmetto, FL committed to Florida according to the Bradenton, Herald. USC and Clemson were two of the other schools pursuing Johnson. In fact, he has an official visit scheduled for Clemson October 18th. The report did not say if Johnson would still make that visit.

Clemson Still In On Jones, Out With Motta (Spartanburg Herald-Journal)

LB Jarvis Jones (6-3 226) of Columbus, GA has Clemson on his list of final seven schools. Jones told Rivals.com he is still considering the Tigers, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Texas, Southern Cal and Miami. Jones will visit Texas October 18th.
